Hi Guys It has been a couple days since I have posted but do not worry I am alive and well just alittle under the weather. Allergies got me down but I am back. Soooo.. on to the topic of the day.In my Windows Server Class last session, I had a problem with the Labsim Client running my lessons. Whenever I get a problem I always attempt to fix it myself by refreshing and logout/login. The usual fixes didnt seem to load the particular lesson I needed to watch that would be graded. I messaged the help line and a kind representative listen to me explain the above problem. So it turns out I had to delete the cache Folder. When he told me I deleted the contents of the cache File. I bold them because I was a bad TechGirl and didnt follow his directions because I wanted the problem fixed quick. Unknowing deleting the contents didnt fix the problem and the representative was like "that's odd, can I connect remotely with you?" The point of all of this is that the software he used was Mikogo, it is FREE and totally useful when your family or friends call you with computer problems. So Check out the Video below and the software.UPDATE: Mikogo is no longer free :(..If you downloaded the client before they changed their policy then you are grandfathered in because my version works great. Hopefully you added to your applications. I am open to suggestions about any free remote software. PS The tech deleted the cache FOLDER and I was GTG Hope you guys find use for this software and have a Great Day!
